What is Refix?

Refix is a 2-in-1 gut and sleep formula designed to complement your evening routine. It combines magnesium (bisglycinate and citrate), L-Glycine, L-Theanine, inulin fibre, live cultures, and botanical extracts of chamomile and lemon balm. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal function of the nervous system, and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

What are the full ingredients in Refix?

L-Glycine, Chicory root soluble fibre powder 90% fructans (Inulin), natural Vanilla flavouring, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Magnesium Citrate, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm extract 10:1, Chamomile 12:1 (Matricaria Recutita L), Bifidobacterium Longum 100b CFU (BL88), Lactobacillus Reuteri 100b CFU (LE16).

When should I take Refix?

For best results, take your serving 30 minutes before bed and ideally 40 minutes to 2 hours after your last meal. You can mix it with:

  • Water: Stir into a small glass of room-temperature water.
  • Herbal tea: Brew your favourite and allow to cool 30 to 40 minutes. Make sure the tea is below 49°C before adding the powder to protect the live cultures.
  • Milk: Dairy or unsweetened almond milk works well for a balanced energy release before sleep.
How quickly will I notice results?

First few days: Most users feel more tranquil and ready for bed within the first 72 hours.

14-day mark: After two weeks of daily use, you will likely drift off more easily and enjoy more sustained rest.

60-day mark: By making this a consistent habit, you support gut comfort and a calm, balanced outlook long-term.

A single pouch is £39.50. Multi-pack discounts are available: 2-pack saves 10% and 3-pack saves 15%. Subscribers save an additional 20% (bringing it to £31.60) and receive a free dosing spoon.

Hinnao Liquid Supplements
What are Hinnao liquid supplements?

Hinnao is a range of liquid supplements that use High-Stability Liposomal Technology. Unlike capsules, where a large proportion of nutrients are degraded by stomach acid, Hinnao's formulation reduces active nutrients into lipid-sized particles that absorb directly through the mucous membrane under the tongue, entering the bloodstream within seconds.

Why liquid supplements instead of capsules?

A significant proportion of what you swallow in a capsule never reaches your bloodstream. It is degraded by stomach acid and lost during digestion. Hinnao's liposomal liquid format bypasses the digestive system entirely. Independent testing showed that 54% of Hinnao's Glutathione reached the bloodstream within 40 seconds, rising to 83% within 90 seconds. No capsule comes close to that level of absorption.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. All orders include free UK shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically arrives within a few business days. Estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

When does Alterv Health officially launch?

Our official launch date is 19th May 2026. You can browse and pre-order products on our site before then.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You must contact us before sending anything back. For full details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@altervhealth.com to request a return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us as soon as possible at contact@altervhealth.com. We may ask for photographs before approving a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care products (with a broken seal), custom or personalised products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If unsure, contact us before purchasing.

Do I have a legal right to cancel my order?

Yes. UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

When you subscribe, you save 20% on each delivery and receive a free dosing spoon with your first order. You can choose delivery every 30 or 60 days. It is completely flexible, and you can cancel at any time.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. You can switch between 30-day and 60-day delivery cycles at any time through your account settings.
