Alterv Health Ltd does not manufacture or accept responsibility or liability for products supplied, manufactured, or branded by:

  • York Home Test

Any claims, defects, performance issues, or liabilities relating to such products must be directed to the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Alterv Health Ltd accepts no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, results, safety, or performance of products produced by these third parties.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Customer” means you, the individual placing an Order.

  • “Products” means the health products supplied by us as specified in your Order.

Access to our Website is free of charge. Access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may suspend, alter, or discontinue the Website at any time without notice.

By purchasing from our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. The Contract

These Terms govern all sales of Products by Alterv Health Ltd.

  • Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Products.

  • An Order Confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your Order.

  • A legally binding Contract is formed only when we send you a Delivery Confirmation email.

  • If we cannot fulfil your Order, any payment made will be refunded within 14 days.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address, telephone number, and delivery details are correct at checkout.

5. Description of Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Packaging or colours may vary.

  • Product ingredients may change — always check product labels before use.

6. Price and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP).

  • Promotional codes may be subject to conditions and cannot be transferred.

7. Delivery (UK Only)

We ship United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day following Delivery Confirmation.

Our delivery partners are:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address information, you may be required to pay re-delivery costs.

Risk passes to you once the Products have been delivered to the address provided in your Order. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

8. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel your Order before dispatch if:

  • The Product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing error

  • An event outside our control occurs

If payment has been made, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

9. Our Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence.
